FROM SHY TO SEENYour voice. Your pace.

You know what you want to say.
You just overthink posting it.

With a friend, the words come naturally.
Then the camera turns on.

The record, rewatch, delete loopAn idea becomes a recording. You judge the recording, delete it, and put off trying again.Record.Rewatch.Delete.“Maybelater.”
Another idea stays in your drafts.

And then the imagined audience arrives.

“What if they think
I’m trying too hard?”
“Who am I
to talk about this?”
“Why does it look so
easy for everyone else?”

You notice your voice, your face, that one awkward pause. The idea hasn’t changed. But now, sharing it feels different.

If this feels familiar, we’ll start here. You don’t have to hide the hesitation to belong.

From “what do I say?”
to “here’s my next step.”

Three things we’ll work on together in two hours.

  1. Find your voice.

Notice how you naturally speak to someone you trust.

You’ll work onYour Creator Voice Blueprint

Your tone, message, and expression style.

  2. Shape one idea.

Turn an everyday observation into something you can share.

You’ll work onA 20–45 second content draft

    Hook → Moment → Meaning.

  3. Choose your next step.

Decide what you’re willing to try, and when you’ll try it.

You’ll work onYour personal Visibility Ladder

One manageable action to begin with.

“I wasn’t always
comfortable being
seen either.”

I used to be terrified of public speaking and scared to speak English on camera. I didn’t suddenly wake up fearless. I practiced. I made awkward attempts.

Today, I speak on stages, create content, and co-host Camp Confidence Radio. I’m still me. Fear just doesn’t get the final decision.

Rizza Lana-Sebastian

Confidence is built every time you do something you once thought you couldn’t.

You don’t need
a new personality.

You need to become more comfortable letting people see the one you already have.

Rizza calls it the Identity Gap: who you are today versus who you think you must become before you can show up.

We’ll name the fear beneath “I’m not ready,” then find a first action that fits the real you.

An example of the reflection we’ll explore
Who I think I have to be

Always confident.
Never awkward.

Who I am when I feel safe

Calm. Curious.
Thoughtful.

One thing I can do today

Record one
imperfect thought.

Being seen
has smaller steps.

You don’t have to begin at Level 10.
Choose a step to see what it could look like.

Private practice

Ten seconds.
One take.
Just for you.

Day 1 of the included challenge starts with a private recording. The first win is finishing a small attempt before judging it.

No posting. No rewatching. No redo.

Your 10-second practice prompt
00:10
“Hi, I’m .
I want to create because .”

Record privately on your own phone.
You now have one piece of evidence: “I started.”

An example path, not a fixed pace. In the workshop, you’ll build your own Visibility Ladder and choose your next step.

What we’ll work on together

Practical exercises for the gap between
“I want to create” and “I can’t get myself to post.”

01Understand what’s holding you back

Fear of embarrassment, judgment, and being seen trying. Map the gap between who you are today and the creator you think you’re supposed to be. Write down what you fear, and what excites you about creating.

02Find your natural creator voice

Drop the “creator mask.” Discover how you sound when explaining something to someone you trust. Draft your Creator Voice Blueprint: tone, emotional rhythm, message, and expression style.

03Create before you’re ready to show your face

Explore voiceover, B-roll, workspace footage, journaling, and text on screen. Identify a format that feels possible now.

04Turn everyday moments into content

Use Hook → Moment → Meaning. Turn a small observation from our break into a 20–45 second content draft. You don’t need a dramatic life story to have something worth sharing.

05Build your own visibility ladder

Choose your next manageable step, from recording privately to posting a short talking video. Increase visibility gradually instead of copying someone else’s pace.

06Find a content rhythm you can keep

Capture. Write. Record. Post. Repeat. A voiceover, a lifestyle photo, and a written insight are one possible baseline, not a rigid prescription.

Two hours together.
More to return to.

A few things
you might be
wondering.

For aspiring creators, business owners, and anyone who wants to share ideas more comfortably.

This workshop focuses on starting and showing up. It doesn’t promise virality or follower growth.

What if I’m really shy?

You don’t need a new personality. You need to become more comfortable letting people see the one you already have. Calm, thoughtful, and soft-spoken are all valid ways to create.

Do I need experience or a niche?

No. You can begin exploring your voice and message before you have a perfectly defined niche or any published content. Founders, freelancers, professionals, and aspiring creators are welcome.

Do I need to show my face?

No. We’ll cover voiceover and other face-free formats, so you can begin without forcing yourself into full visibility.

What if I hate my recorded voice?

You’re not alone. Becoming more comfortable hearing and using your voice is part of the process. We’ll find a starting point that feels manageable.

Is a replay included?

Yes. Your ₱999 registration includes replay access, all three workshop materials, and the private Facebook community.

What is the Facebook community?

It’s a private page dedicated to this workshop, available to purchasers. Rizza will post and update it regularly to support you as you keep practicing.

Will I be completely confident in two hours?

No credible workshop should promise that. You’ll work toward understanding what holds you back and choosing a concrete next step, even when nervousness is still there.

You don’t wait for confidence.
You build it one brave
attempt at a time.

You don’t have to leave as someone who never feels awkward.
You can leave with a better understanding of your fear, words that sound like you, and one thing you’re willing to try next.

Let’s start there.

I’m ready to start showing up
