With a friend, the words come naturally.
Then the camera turns on.
And then the imagined audience arrives.
“What if they think
I’m trying too hard?”
“Who am I
to talk about this?”
“Why does it look so
easy for everyone else?”
You notice your voice, your face, that one awkward pause. The idea hasn’t changed. But now, sharing it feels different.
If this feels familiar, we’ll start here. You don’t have to hide the hesitation to belong.
Three things we’ll work on together in two hours.
Notice how you naturally speak to someone you trust.
Your tone, message, and expression style.
Turn an everyday observation into something you can share.
Hook → Moment → Meaning.
Decide what you’re willing to try, and when you’ll try it.
One manageable action to begin with.

I used to be terrified of public speaking and scared to speak English on camera. I didn’t suddenly wake up fearless. I practiced. I made awkward attempts.
Today, I speak on stages, create content, and co-host Camp Confidence Radio. I’m still me. Fear just doesn’t get the final decision.

Confidence is built every time you do something you once thought you couldn’t.
You need to become more comfortable letting people see the one you already have.
Rizza calls it the Identity Gap: who you are today versus who you think you must become before you can show up.
We’ll name the fear beneath “I’m not ready,” then find a first action that fits the real you.
See the actual Identity Gap worksheetAlways confident.
Never awkward.
Calm. Curious.
Thoughtful.
You don’t have to begin at Level 10.
Choose a step to see what it could look like.
Day 1 of the included challenge starts with a private recording. The first win is finishing a small attempt before judging it.
“Hi, I’m .
I want to create because .”
Record privately on your own phone.
You now have one piece of evidence: “I started.”
Pair a short voiceover with ordinary footage: your coffee, desk, hands, or a walk. You can practice using your voice without showing your face.
“Today I’m choosing to show up a little bit more than yesterday. Quietly, slowly, but intentionally.”
A short voiceover over a clip from your day.
Keep it private while you practice, if you prefer.
Before a public post, try sharing a recording with one safe person. You choose what to share and when you feel willing to try.
“I’m practicing speaking on camera. Can I share one small attempt with you?”
A private message to someone you trust.
A possible next step, at your own pace.
Try a photo, text over a short clip, or a voiceover. An ordinary moment can hold a useful thought.
Hook“Random realization while making coffee…”
MomentWhat did you notice?
MeaningWhat did it make you think or feel?
Use your own observation.
Pair it with a photo or short clip from your day.
When you’re ready for this step, try a short talking video. Imagine explaining one thing to a friend, rather than performing for a crowd.
“Okay, here’s something honest…”
Share one thought in the tone you use with a friend.
The aim is an attempt that sounds like you.
An example path, not a fixed pace. In the workshop, you’ll build your own Visibility Ladder and choose your next step.
Practical exercises for the gap between
“I want to create” and “I can’t get myself to post.”
Fear of embarrassment, judgment, and being seen trying. Map the gap between who you are today and the creator you think you’re supposed to be. Write down what you fear, and what excites you about creating.
Drop the “creator mask.” Discover how you sound when explaining something to someone you trust. Draft your Creator Voice Blueprint: tone, emotional rhythm, message, and expression style.
Explore voiceover, B-roll, workspace footage, journaling, and text on screen. Identify a format that feels possible now.
Use Hook → Moment → Meaning. Turn a small observation from our break into a 20–45 second content draft. You don’t need a dramatic life story to have something worth sharing.
Choose your next manageable step, from recording privately to posting a short talking video. Increase visibility gradually instead of copying someone else’s pace.
Capture. Write. Record. Post. Repeat. A voiceover, a lifestyle photo, and a written insight are one possible baseline, not a rigid prescription.
The workshop gives you a beginning.
