When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, organization (if provided), inquiry type, and message. These details are stored securely in this website’s database and are available to Rizza and her authorized team.

Registrations and payments

For events and digital products, we collect your name, email, mobile number, business / social handle, and any goals you choose to share. We store a registration reference, the price agreed at registration, payment status, and your consent. PayMongo handles payment details separately; we store its payment reference, amount, and payer email to reconcile sales. Card and bank credentials are not collected by this website.

Why we collect it

Rizza’s team uses these details to review and respond to your request, discuss a potential collaboration or learning experience, and manage related follow-up. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Access and storage

The website is hosted through Sites. Its hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website. When email forwarding is connected, Resend delivers inquiry notifications to rizzalana@gmail.com, including the details you submit. Archiving hides records from the active dashboard but does not erase them. We do not display your inquiry publicly or sell your contact information.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact the team through the inquiry form and identify the email address used in your original inquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the form.

Other websites

Links to social platforms, resources, and external workshop pages are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices. The private studio uses password authentication and an essential, secure session cookie to identify authorized administrators. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; sessions expire after 12 hours.
